Do you ever start writing a message to someone and rewrite it like five times and then just delete it and go away because you’re too nervous to interact with them
This is my life. Seriously.

One of the best movies I have ever seen. I am so in love with the story. In my opinion their love story is so much cuter than any other.
Harry Potter Treats
“Don’t worry about your friend.” Tyler said leaning in close to Jez’s ear as she watched her bestie depart. She turned her attention back to him and noticed he had a smile playing on his lips. “Brad acts like a tool, but really hes pretty harmless.”
“Good to know but Dels a big girl, you’re the one who should be worried” Jez said while downing the rest of her drink. “But do you really want to talk about our friends right now?” She questioned. The tequila was making her feeling bold and it showed. She knew this was out of character for her but for some reason she didnt care. She was done being cautious
“Definitely not.” He said giving her a look that made her tingle in more places than one.
“Then lets dance.” She replied taking his hand and leading him to the dance floor.
She had decided that she wanted him the second she had seen him and she didn’t need to be a rocket scientist to know he wanted her just as bad. He was possibly one of the most beautiful men she had ever seen. He looked like something out of a magazine or commercial with a bruins snap back, fitted gray v-neck (that showed off his incredible torso) and dark wash jeans. She could only imagine what he looked like without the clothes.
As soon as they reached the dance floor she let herself melt against him in time with the music. It was slow for a club and pulsing. She let her eyes close and he ran his hands up her hips till his fingertips grazed the soft skin of her waist. His rough, calloused touch as well as the occasional tickle from his breath, warm on her neck, sent shivers along her skin. He smelled like Axe, or maybe Old Spice mixed with the natural musk of his skin and the scent was absolutely intoxicating.
She pressed her hips back, arching her back, giving him what she knew was an amazing veiw of her ass as she grinded against him. She coud practically feel the heat rolling off of him. Or was that her own?
She twisted to face him, stealing his hat and placing it backwards on her own head as she placed her hands behind his neck.
He chuckled. “My hat looks good on you.” He said.
She bit her lip and smirked up at him as she pressed herself closer to his body. She could feel him hard against her stomach and it only made her want him more.
He leaned in slowly, glancing up from her lips to gauge her reaction and just before their lips touched she pulled away giving him a mischievous look. She turned so she was facing away from him again and dropped it low, making sure her ass rubbed againt him on the way up. She heard him let out a low gutteral moan as he pressed her hips against him.
She was done with the games. She took his hand, leading him out of the pulsing crowd of dancing bodies, to a vacant table near the exit.
“Can I be honest with you?” She asked, watching his expression fall. “Im not really feeling this place.” She said as disappointment flickered across his face.
“Oh.” Was all he said not showing any emotion.
She leaned in till her lips were by his ear. “Aren’t you coming?” She whispered. She then kissed him on the cheek, shot him her most seductive look and began walking towards the exit without looking back while making sure to add a little extra sway to her hips as she walked. It took about 2 and a half steps till she felt his hand wind around her waist.
As they stepped out into the cool night she glanced up at him with a smile playing on her lips. “So, your place or mine?”
He laughed and pulled a set of keys out of his pocket and began to lead her towards his car.
Delphine was on her first victim of the night, a guy with dirty blond hair, dark eyes and russian fingers that had introduced himself as Jeff, or Joe, or maybe Jack: she had only pretended to listen. She’d allowed him to guide her hips in ime with his for two songs now and the third was about to star. As he pulled her around to face him and leaned toward her, she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and waved goodbye, while quickly making her way to the bar. She knew he was watching her, but she didnt turn back. This was a game she had perfected.
It didnt take her long to spot Jez who had walked away from some guy to get drinks during the previous song. She was waiting for the bartenter toward the end of the bar. Del made her way over and ran her fingers down Jez’s back. Her eyes went wide and she raised her hand before looking, ready to strike until she saw Dels mischevious, elfish grin.
“You’re lucky I was aimed for above your head.”
Del kissed her cheek and grabbed one of the two drinks the bartender had placed infront of Jez. She did a quick scan of the room looking for an open VIP table and noticed a guy gawking at Jez’s ass while his shorter friend talked animatedly next to him. Both guys looked vaguely familiar but she couldn’t figure out how. It was after all her first night in Boston and to her knowladge Jez and Jordan were the only 2 people she knew in the whole city.
“Who’s the king of subtlety over there? He wants in.” Del asked wispering in Jezella’s ear.
“No idea.” Jez answered dismissavely without even bothering to look. Del just shrugged and turned her attention back to the two guys.
As expected, the taller one was still staring down her best friend. His companion snapped his fingers in front of the guys face to regain the attention he had clearly lost. They exchanged a couple of words and then the taller one nodded in thier direction while his friend turned to look. The friend met her gaze and she stubborny held it. Neither looked away for almost a minute.
Del took Jez’s hand. “Theres a table over there, lets go before its taken.” If they wanted the girls’ attention, they were going to have to work for it. As they made their way to the table, Del shot another defiant look over her shoulder. They were both still watching and when her eyes met the shorter ones again, he smirked at her so she rolled her eyes and looked away. Almost the same instant that the girls sat down Jordan was beside their table.
“Help me,” he begged. “I found the only clinger. What the hell do I do?” Del and Jez followed his gaze to the same girl that had claimed his attention when they had arrived. As the girl beamed at him and waved, Del tried her best to supress her laughter. Jez made no effort.
“Seriously I think she’s already named our future children. Advice now.” They just started laughing harder as his self proclaimed future wife made her way to the table.
“Jordan, I want to dance more!” she whined in what was probably supposed to sound like a flirty tone.
“Yeah Jordan, it’s not nice to keep a lady waiting” Del said giving him her best innocent smile.
Encouraged by Dels instigation she tugged Jordans arm. He just leaned in and whispered, “You’re gonna pay for that, Delphine.”
Del giggled and as Jordan pulled back she caught the jealous look the girl had shot at her before pulling Jordan away.
“You’re awful.” Jez said, playfully nudging her arm. “By the way, whatever happened to your arm candy?”
“I got bored with him.” Del shrugged.
“What was the matter with this one?”
“He was too tan. I dont want the father of my children to die of melenoma.”
Jez sighed. “whatever you say, darling, but someday you might actually have to overlook too tan or what was it last time? His hands were too feminine?”
“That was legitamate.” Del turned her attention back to her drink and pouted. She was used to Jez’s teasing, but she wanted to keep her pathetic face finely tuned for future use.
When she looked up again, she saw the same guys from before at a table across the room. They were talking and occationally glancing up in their direction. Del stared at them waiting for one of them to glance up. A few seconds later they both looked over at the same time. The one that quite obviously wanted Jez looked away instantly, looking slightly embarrassed for getting caught. His friend, however, stared back. She narrowed her eyes, making herself look as hostile as possible and he just smiled at her. His determination was frustrating. She wasn’t used to being challenged.
He nudged his friend and the two got up and headed in their direction.
“Heads up.” Del wispered in Jezs’ ear, pulling her attention towards the advancing guys.
Jez took one look at the taller of the two and broke into her most winning smile. Del had hoped she wouldn’t be interested, but since she was already undressing the guy with her eyes, Del knew she was stuck with the other one who had challenged her.
“I know you want me, so let’s skip the games shall we?”
Del looked him up and down, then square in the eye. “Ew. How about no.”
Jez giggled and shook her head. “Don’t mind her she’s just cranky from jet lag.”
Jez then turned her attention to the other guy and introduced herself; he answered with just his name- Tyler.
His friend sat in the chair next to her and inched it closer. “And my name’s Brad. What about you beautiful?” He draped his arm around her and she quickly shrugged it off glaring silently while sipping her drink.
“This is Delphine.” Jez answered for her.
Del smiled in Tylers direction, for Jez’s sake and then continued to glare at Brad, who was still sitting too close for her comfort. In the close proximity she couldnt help but notice that he smelled more than good and his arm was clearly strong around her shoulder. She hated it. He leaned even closer to her.
“So did you ladies see the game? He asked.
She and Jez exchanged a confused glance before asking “What game?” in unison.
“The hockey game?” Tyler replied sounding just as confused. “We’re both on the Bruins.”
“Oh, right, you lost.” Del answered nonchalontly as she realized that must be why they had looked familiar.
“At least I scored tonight.” Brad looked at her and smirked.
“Too bad it’s the only score you’ll be getting tonight.” Del shot back.
“Don’t be so sure,” he mused. “there are plenty of puck bunnies here tonight.”
“Puck bunnies?” Del asked Tyler.
“Girls that exclusively go after hockey players.” He told them.
“Thats discusting.” Del shot in their direction and then turned her attention back to Brad. “So if there are so many ‘puck bunnies’ here, why don you go bother one of them?”
“Cuz I’d rather bother you.” He smirked at her again.
She rolled her eyes dramatically and turned to Jez. “I’m going to get some air.” She then turned her attention to Tyler. “You be good to her.” She then sneered in Brads direction, turned and began walking towards the door as Brad playfully punched Brads arm and jogged to catch up to her.
Shortly after proposing plans for the night Jordan left, tellin the girls he had to get back to TD Garden to practice and that he would send a car to pick them up at 6. With five hours to kill till it was time to go the girls decided it was time for a quick shopping trip to get outfits for the night and an hour later they were perusing the racks at a downtown boutique.
“I’m actually really excited about the game tonight!” Del said bouncing around a grou of racks holding dresses. They had already picked up shirts for the game, sticking to the black and gold color scheme instead of actual Bruins apparel and were now looking for outfits for the after party. “I haven’t seen Jordan play since you lived in Quebec.”
Jez had grown up in Quebec and pretty much as soon as she’d turned 18 she had moved to Vancouver before following her brother to the states. “Honestly I havent seen Jordan play in a long time. He’s been trying to get me to go to a game forever. I owe it to him after everything he helped me through when I moved here.”
“Yeah whats the full story on that? Last I knew everything was awesome in the Couve and then, like, overnight you just up and moved down here.” It was true, Jez had pretty much run away and in the process left a lot of people out of the loop. So while they looked at a wall of heels she filled Del in.
” Well you already know about Damien. He was the reason I moved to Vancouver.” Damien was her highschool sweetheart. They had dated 3 out of 4 years of highschool and then 2 months after graduation he came out and told her he was gay which was quite the shock to say the least. At first she had been in denial, thinking it was a cop out to break up with her till he revealed that he’d been having an affair with one of their male classmates for over 6 months. That pretty much forced her to accept it and after a few rough months and a inpromtu move to Vancouver, she had come to terms and was now on friendly terms with him again.
“Yeah, but what about Kody? You guys seemed all hunky dory and then all of a sudden he was with some other chick and you were gone.” Del said while admiring a pair of royal purple stillettos.
She and Kody had started dating shortly after she had moved and she had been sure she’d hit the boyfriend jackpot: tall. gorgeous, successfull with charm that could talk people into anything.
“Well on our 2 year anniversery he had planned this really romantic weekend at this really swanky hotel. He had even talked them into giving us a penthouse suite for the same price as a regular room and I had this plan that I would go early and make sure the room was all set up but when I got there I found him fucking some chick. “
“No fucking way!” Del exclaimed.
“Yep, so I ended things right then and there, broke into his place, took all my stuff and 3 days later moved to the states.” Jez said with a sigh. Both girls had finally decided on outfits and they made thier way to the register. Jez had decided on a black silk halter with no back, just delicate silver chains connecting the fabric across her ribs with that she had picked black lightly sparkley skinny jeans and black stilletos with spickes on the heel.
Del had chosen a strapless purple and black dress and the royal purple stilletos she had found earlier. It was already 4 so they headed back to the apartment to get ready for the game.
“So what now?” Del asked as she fiddled with the radio.
“What do you mean?” Jez questioned.
“Any love prospects here in Boston?” Del asked in her most fake seductive voice, wiggling her eyebrows.
“No way,” Jez said trying not to laugh. “I’ve sworn off love. Its just a Hallmark slogan and a whole heap of trouble.” Del just rolled her eyes.
“No, seriously, love is just what people chalk love up to be when really it just gets you heartboken. Im really all set with that.” Jez said getting a little defensive.
“Okay, okay I hera you but where does that leave you? Are you just gonna become one of those weird old spinster cat ladies?”
At that idea Jez busted up laughing. “No. I still fully intend on getting my rocks off, just without any emotion or attachment.” She could tell by Del’s silence that she never thought it would work.
Jez inspected her appearance in the mirror as a beep came from outside. The girls grabbed their oversized purses containing their club outfits and headed out. They both looked amazing, even in thier game clothes and they knew it. Jez had decided sometime during their shopping trip to make the best of the game, knowing that after was when the real party would start.
By the time they reached the Garden Del was pretty much bouncing with excitement and it was rubbing off on Jez. With the passes they got right in and were escorted to thier seats right behind the Bruins bench. They sat and talked until the lights went down and they saw the B’s take the ice.
It didnt take Jez long to spot number 38. After the national anthem the team made thier way off the ice and as Jordan went to sit he gave the girls a quick wave before focusing on the game. Jez couldnt help but think how nice it was to see her older brother play again; he was totally in his element on the ice.
The team played hard but ended up losing 3-1. Jez was surprised with how into the game she had gotten. She had forgotten how nail bitting hockey games could be. Instead of meeting up with Jordan the girls decided to just get ready on thier own and meet him at the bar he had told them they were going to. They took a little extra time to get ready just to make sure Jordan would get there before them. He had told them they would be on the VIP list but they wanted to make sure there would be no hang ups at the door.
Their worries turned out to be unfounded because as soon as they showed up they were let right in without even having to show their IDs. Once they were inside Jez quickly spotted Jordan and pulled Del over to where he sat at the bar.
“Damn, dont you two look beautiful!” he said apprasing them. “although you dont think that shirt is just a little revealing, Jez?”
She gave him a stop-being-overprotective look and he just chuckled.
“Alright, alright. No need to murder me with your eyes. Im just trying to look out for you.”
“I know and thank you but I dont think im the one you need to be worried about.” Jez said gesturing towards a group of girls who were eyeing Jordan like a peice of meat.
He just laughed and asked the girls what they wanted to drink.
“Tequila!” Del yelled and a second later Jordan came back with a tray holding 9 shots rimmed in salt and a dish holding lime wedges..
In no time the shots were gone and Jez could feel the warmth from the potent liquor creeping through her body making her feel liquid and giddy.
Just before she pulled Jordan and Del onto the dancefloor a petite blonde with an obvious boob job and too much makeup came up, wispered something in Jordans ear and began to lead him away. He looked at the girls apologetically but they just waved him off, telling him to go have fun.
“Now that I dont have my older brother hanging around, maybe I can get some..” Jez said, only half kidding. Del giggled and they made their way to the dancefloor.

Jezella Caron tapped her fingers against the steering wheel in time with whatever pop hit was playing on her car stereo as she waited for her best friend to emerge from Boston Airport. Just as she picked up her cell to check for the umpteenth time if Del had even landed yet, her phone began to vibrate signaling an incoming call from her older brother.
”Hey Jordan.” She sighed. She loved her brother to death but ever since he’d been drafted onto the Boston Bruins it seemed like hockey was the only thing he ever wanted to talk about. Although she was proud of him she couldn’t deny that she had absolutely no interest in the sport. Maybe it was because she had been forced to go to every practice and every game while growing up or maybe she just wanted to be noticed for some reason other than her brother but either way her lack of interest had driven a wedge between her an Jordan to the point where they barely spoke.
’So I heard Del’s moving into town today…’ She heard him question.
’Yep, I’m actually waiting at the airport for her right now.’
’Oh, awesome.’ He said. Jez could tell he had more on his mind than he was letting on.
’So did you just call to see if Del was coming or did you want something?’ She asked testing to see if he would come clean.
’Well, uh, you know there’s a game tonight and since its Dels first night in Boston I figured we could give her a Bruins welcome.’
Jez rolled her eyes. ‘I don’t really know what’s going on right now but I’ll ask her when she gets here.’ She hoped that he couldn’t detect the false note in her words. She had no intention of even mentioning the words Boston Bruins to Del. Jez hadn’t seen her best friend in almost a year and going to a Bruins game was NOT in her plans for their reunion.
’I really hope you guys can make it… I mean you’ve been living in Boston for a year now and still haven’t come to a game.’ She could definitely hear more than a little hurt behind his words.
Just as she was about to respond though, she saw Del walking out of the airport dragging a luggage bag that was over half the size of herself.
’Jordan, I love you but I have to go, Del just came out and I gotta give her a hand with her stuff. I’ll give you a call later.’
She hung up and jumped out of the car, sprinting across the parking garage towards her best friend. Once she had tackled Del in a huge hug she stood back to get her first good look at her closest friend in almost a year.
Dell was petite, barely pushing 5’1 with the attitude of someone three times her size. Growing up, Jez had often compared her to a chihuahua: cute and cuddly to those she cared for with a mean streak the size of a Rottweilers when it came to people that she wasn’t fond of.
She had large dark almond shaped eyes, a signature long angular French nose with a pink rosebud mouth, creamy pale flawless skin that did not help to hide when she blushed and a mass of crazy thick dark mahogany tresses that made her look like a porcelain doll with killer curves
Jez herself was average height, topping off at 5’6 with naturally tan skin the color of fresh caramel, hazel green eyes, dirty blonde hair that was just shy of chesnut brown and a body that rivaled most Victorias Secret models. It’s not that she was overly skinny, just voluptuous in all the right places and it didn’t hurt that with the right heels she had legs for days.
Both girls were beautiful on their own but together they never seemed to fail to grab the attention of just about every guy in a 100 yard radius.
“Well hello Gorgeous!” Del exclaimed giving Jez another squeeze once they had finally packed thhe rest of her bags into Jes’s irridecant white Toyota Camry. Del had brought all of her clothes with her on the plane while a U-Haul had dropped all her possesions off the previous day.
“Damn I’ve missed you!” Jez said hugging her back. “Now that you’re here what do you want to do first?”
“Honestly? I just want to go back to the apartment and get settled in.” Del sighed. Jez could tell that she was exausted so they headed back to the place they would both now call home.
Once they were home Jez helped Del set up the guest room, transforming it into Dels room. It wasnt long before everything was unpacked and organized. so the girls sat down to relax before making plans for the day. They had been relaxing for no more than 10 minutes when the doorbell rang causing the girls to jump in surprise.
“Are you expecting someone?” Del asked.
“Uh no… I thought you might have been.” before Jez could even get off the couch, Del was running for the door claiming that since it was her first night as the new roomie, she should be the one to answer it. The doorbell chimed again as Del turned the knob and as soon as it was open enough to see who was there, she squealed in happiness.
“Jordan!!” Del exclaimed, jumping up to wrap her arms around his neck in a hug.
“Hey Del, long time no see. How was the flight?”
Jez let them catch up for a couple minutes before cutting in to give her brother a quick hug. “So not that I’m not happy to see you but what the hell are you doing here?” She asked sensing that her brother was up to something.
He looked like a kid that was up to no good. “Well actually, I came to give you guys a housewarming gift.” He pulled out 2 tickets and badges that looked like backstage passes for a concert.
“Oh my God! Are those Bruins tickets?” Del said while making a grab for them. “Oh Jez! Can we go? Its the only way to be properly initiated as a Bostonian. Please, please, please?”
Jez shot Jordan a dirty look while he smiled innocently at her. Clearly her fib hadnt worked and he’d taken matters into his own hands.
“I thought we were going out for drinks tonight though” Jez said hoping that Del would back out.
“Oh, well the team always goes out for drinks after the game..” Jordan cut in before Del could give her final answer. As pissed as Jez was about Jordan taking over thier plans, she had to admire his determination to get his way.
“See we can do both!” Del said, practically vibrating with excitement.
Jez could tell there was no talking Del out of this one so she reluctantly agreed while silenty asking herself what she was getting herself into
